This book deals with labour welfare measures undertaken in textile mills. The primary aim this book is to give conceptial background about the labour welfare facilities available in most of the textile mills. It also identified various research articles regarding welfare facilities and presented in this books. Adoption of approproiate research methodology is an essential characteristics of quality research irrespective of the discipline with which they are related. This books presents the research methodology in first chapter. Chapter 2 contains theoritical review and chapter 3 presents the previous reviews of various authors. Chapter four analysis the satisfaction level of various welfare measurtes provided by the company.It tries to identify possible differences of various welfare measures across the departments. It also examines the relationship between the personal variables and the welfare measures. Last chapter delas the major finding,suggestions and conclusion.
