The book focused on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the bioactive components present in economically important plants and their prevalence in antagonistic activities against several established pathogens. The bio-active components of the plant extracts can be used as a potential bio-control formulation. This is efficient eco-friendly, biodegradable, cheaper, fewer chances of resistance development and less toxic, etc. Also, it replaces and diminishes the potential toxic effect of chemical pesticides.
