ICU syndrome is an increasingly prevalent problem and may occur at any time during recovery from an acute illness or traumatic event. The onset of ICU syndrome is usually rapid, and is upsetting and frightening to the patient and family members. The authors, N.Revathi and K.Sai Sriram are pursuing Internship, Pharm D from Avanthi Institute of Pharmacy, Hyderabad. The authors have conducted a couple of observational prospective research studies in the Department of Critical Care in the terminal stage patients for assessment, evaluation and management of the cavuets in the ICU settings.
