Summary:
This research sheds light on the practice of codeswitching in the Colleges of Dentistry, Pharmacy and Medicine of the University of Anbar. Codeswitching is defined as the use of two or more languages in communication. This study aims at examining who uses codeswitching, the teacher, the students, or both, the general purposes and specific functions of codeswitching, and the relationship between the level of English proficiency of the students and the use of codeswitching strategies.

In 2013, he was chosen by the US Embassy to have an intensive training course in the United State of America-Arizona State University.
