Rati Wongsathan was born in Lamphun. He successfully completed three degrees: B. Eng. (Hons.) and M. Eng. (Electrical Engineering), and M. Sc. (Applied Mathematics) at Chiangmai University, Thailand. As a scholar, he continued for pursuing a Ph. D. at KMITL, Bangkok Thailand. His research includes AI controllers and Channels model and equalization.
