Plant material is part of the urban landscape fabric and acts as the city’s lungs, balances ecosystem, and recreational spots. For millions of people it’s the space where they relax, work, exercise, and socialize. Plants deterioration has been highly noted in developing countries. Many deleterious factors lead to deterioration; different quantitative assessments measure these factors for evaluating the current degree of deterioration and its effects on the metropolis. Therefore, it’s important to protect and maintain the existing plants in order to maximize the benefits gained from this asset.
