Facing the era of globalization, Indonesia must be ready to compete freely and openly with various countries. Competition covers all sectors of industry and trade is no exception field of hospitals.The hospital is an organization that has a strategic function especially in the field of health, therefore the hospital is required to perform quality medical duties and obligations to the community (MOH, 2010).The achievement of the function and purpose of the hospital depends not only on modern equipment, facilities and complete infrastructure, but more dependent on the man who carry out the work such as nurses.Performance is a benchmark of the success of health services that show accountability of service agencies in the framework of good governance.Performance and job satisfaction have a positive relationship, that is, if there is a good performance of a person would certainly provide a good job satisfaction as well.
