Internet of things (IoT) provides many services and applications that will facilitate human life. In addition, IoT depends on different types of networks to connect the components and to offer services like communication networks. Telecom industry will play a vital role to deliver IoT solutions. Telecom operators should consider IoT as the next evolution in their business plans. this thesis aims to propose a model to offer IoT services by telecom operators. This model helps encourage and motivates operators to offer these services by their infrastructures. Also, the proposed model has been designed and evaluated in MTN Yemen and Yemen Mobile operators.
