There has being a shift from productivity century to quality century which brings about the practice of continuous improvement to make sure any service rendered provides gratification to the need and expectation of customers. Teaching is the core of higher education institution and as such must be able to meet the standard of reliability, assurance, empathy, responsiveness and tangibility of service quality as well as meet the standard dimensions of effectiveness in individual rapport, group interaction, organization and clarity, breadth of coverage, examination and grading, assignment and reading and learning values. Higher education institution are responsible in delivering of quality to all their stakeholders, which includes the students and their parent, future employer, research sponsors, the community, society and the government.
Abimbola Oladotun studied business administration at Cyprus International University and a masters degree from University of Mediterranean Karpasia, Turkey. Kolawole Oladotun studied fisheries management at University of Ibadan and Business administration at Cyprus University. We have co- authored several academic articles on organization behavior.
