Prof. (Dr.) Kisalaya Chakrabarti is currently working in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Haldia Institute of Technology, India. He has obtained PhD (Engg.) from University of Tsukuba, Japan and has two postdoc experiences from Japan. His research interest is in the field of Optical Communication.
