In the monograph, the issue of theoretical-methodological and practical approaches to the development of key features of the formation of the investment activity in housing construction is studied. The role, place and tasks of investment activity in housing construction are disclosed as a relevant factor influencing the formation of a stable model of growth of the national economy. The main features and regularities of the influence of marketing in investment activity of housing construction sector are systematized; conceptual approaches and practices concerning the processes of its formation are defined in order to create an international positive image of Ukraine as a modern investment-attractive state.
