In the world of organizations, performance in the work has been the object of analysis for several decades, in function of the new configurations that have been forming within this scenario making this concept take on new meanings . In this prism the public management has performance to the organizational strategy, using the Performance Evaluation as a contribution to the servers to achieve full goals and results. " He points out that performance evaluation is an organizational tool that guides the public manager at different times, such as job and salary redesigns, training planning and dismissal in the public service." Identify the vision of the administrative staff and coordinators on the Individual Performance Evaluation (ADI) implemented in a Public Health Organization (PAHO) in the light of Decree no. 7.133 / 2010 constituted the general objective of this study.
