This book focuses on developing certain heuristic intelligent techniques inspired by nature behaviour to perform effective classification of brain tumor images and segmentation of liver images. The book is developed for its contribution on feature sub-selection, classification and segmentation of the considered medical brain tumor and liver disease images.The simulations are conducted with the derived hybrid intelligent techniques – hybrid RGSA and SVM classifier, hybrid ACO – GWO and PSVM classifier, EGSO based RBFNN classifier and KSCA modeling to achieve effective solutions for brain tumor image classification and liver image segmentation and detection.
