My article made up of Long Distance Endurance Training Based. And I proved my research. And what are the purpose of long distance training and its uses. Its based Continuous Training , Alternative pace run and Fartlek Training. I Selected Motor Fitness components (Aerobic Endurance*Cooper 12Minutes run/walk,Speed Endurance*300Mts, Muscular Endurance*Sit-Ups, Physiological variables(Vital Capacity* Spirometer, Resting Pulse Rate*Palpation-Method,Breath Holding Time*Noise Clip Method, Hematological Variables(Hemoglobin and Red Blood Corpuscles) and Bio-Chemical Variable _ Lactic Acid.
