Paraphilia were previously known as sexual perversion and sexual deviation, is the experience of intense sexual arousal to atypical objects, situations, fantasies, behaviors, or individuals. No consensus is found globally for any precise border between unusual sexual interests and paraphilic ones. Erection problems in males (impotence) are very common, particularly in men over 40. Usually nothing to worry about, but you should see a GP if it keeps happening. Causes of erection problems include most men occasionally fail to get or keep an erection, caused by stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol, and it's nothing to worry about. If it happens more often, it also be caused by physical or emotional problems. Well known history, those who have not lived under the conformity of social standards of sexuality have been tortured, ostracized, convicted and, in general, have lost their social standing. But, non-conventional sexual practices - and fetishes - are not deviant. Still there’s a well-established tradition of judging them as if a sin. The repercussions of being societal judgmental causes the social stigmatization of people we most likely don’t know at all.
