The aim of the present project book is extended for obtaining relation between the collision of low energy ion beam with polymer nano-composites and the induced modification for technological applications. The changes in the nano-composites films will be characterized using different techniques such as X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The changes in surface wetting properties will be evaluated by measurements of contact angle value. The results will show a considerable improvement in the structural and surface properties due to ion beam irradiation. On the other side, ion penetration depths and distributions of scattered ions will be presented using SRIM Monte Carlo simulation programs.Keywords: Ion Irradiation, Polymer Nano-composites, Surface Properties
