Pharmaceutical drugs play a vital role in the progress of human civilization. In recent times, there have been enormous improvements in medical practices to treat allergic conditions by using antihistamines. Antihistamines are one of the most widely consumed medicines in the world. It is true that instrumental approaches make possible a great many things that could not be accomplished previously using conventional techniques. However, even with these, powerful instrumental approaches, the chemical methods not only still persist but have continued to flourish. The need to develop simple, cost-effective, and new analytical methods for assurance of quality, safety and efficacy of drugs and pharmaceuticals is quite important because of their use not only as health care products but also lifesaving substances.
