Language is inextricably linked to the life of society and its development is also strongly linked to the progress of society. In a certain historical period, words used in a particular language go through certain processes during the cultural, economic, political and social progress of a nation, people, society and country, as well as under the influence of globalization. These processes have some influence on every word and phrase. The monograph discusses history, genesis, vocabulary, semantics, paradigmatics, syntagmatics, semasiology, structure, education, sociolinguistics, transformation, semiotics, the basics of cognitive analysis of socio-political terms, foreign policy documents in Chinese, as well as some problems of translating socio-political documents.
